Under section 26 of the Judicial Matters Amendment Act, 1996 (Act No. 104 of 1996), I hereby fix 14 February 1997 as the date on which the said Act, with the exclusion of section 14 which is deemed to have come into operation on 27 April 1994, shall come into operation.
