COMMISSION OF INQUIRY INTO THE AFFAIRS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF DURBAN-WESTVILLE

In terms of section 82 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1993 (Act No. 200 of 1993), as read with section 1 of the Commissions Act, 1947 (Act No. 8 of 1947), I hereby amend the terms of reference of the said Commission promulgated by Presidential Act, No. 205 of 21 May 1996 by the substitution for paragraph 2.6 of the following paragraph:

"2.6 To complete its work and submit a report to the President by not later than 31 March 1997.".
