COMMENCEMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF DURBAN-WESTVILLE (PRIVATE) AMENDMENT ACT, 1996 (ACT No. 82 OF 1996)

In terms of section 4 of the University of Durban-Westville (Private) Amendment Act, 1996 (Act No. 82 of 1996), I hereby determine 31 January 1997 as the date on which the said Act shall commence.
