COMMENCEMENT OF THE MARKETING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS ACT, 1996 (ACT NO. 47 OF 1996)

Under section 28 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996 (Act No. 47 of 1996), I hereby determine 1 January 1997 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
