		NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF SOUTH AFRICA ACT, 1996 (ACT NO. 43 OF 1996) COMMENCEMENT
            
                Under section 20 of the National Archives of South Africa Act, 1996 (Act No.
             43 of 1996), I hereby determine 1 January 1997 as the date on which the
             provisions of the sections of the said Act shall come into operation.
            
                Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of South Africa at Pretoria
             this Twenty-first day of November, One thousand Nine hundred and Ninety-six.
