 PROCLAMATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 20 (6) OF THE PROMOTION OF NATIONAL UNITY AND
 RECONCILIATION ACT, 1995 (ACT No.  34 OF 1995)
 
     Notice is hereby given that on 28 AUGUST 1996 amnesty was granted $in terms
  of section 20 (1) of Act No.  34 of 1995 to-
 
                ANDILE SAMUEL SOLO:  IDENTITY NUMBER 7307285496081
 
     in respect of the following offenses committed in the District of Port
  Elizabeth:
 
     1. Contravention of section 27 (1) of the Explosives Act, 1956 (Act No.  26
        of 1956).
 
     2. Contravention of section 27 (1) of the Explosives Act, 1956 (Act No.  26
        of 1956).
 
     3. Contravention of section 2 of the Arms and Ammunition Act, 1969 (Act No.
        75 of 1969).
 
     4. Contravention of section 36 of the Arms and Ammunition Act, 1969 (Act No.
        75 of 1969).
 
     5. Contravention of section 6 of the Explosives Act, 1956 (Act No.  26 of
        1956).
