 ASSIGNMENT TO THE PROVINCES OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE PHYSICAL PLANNING ACT,
 1967
 
     Under section 235 (8) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa,
  1993 (Act No. 200 of 1993), read with section 13B of the Physical Planning
  Act, 1967 (Act No. 88 of 1967), I hereby assign the administration of-
 
 
     (a) section 8; and
 
     (b) sections 9, 9A and 12, in so far as they are necessary for the
         administration of section 8, of the Physical Planning Act, 1967 (Act No.
         88 of 1967), in so far as the said sections have not been repealed by
         section 36 of the Physical Planning Act, 1991 (Act No. 125 of 1991), to
         a competent authority within the jurisdiction of the government of a
         province mentioned in section 124 (1) of the Constitution designated by
         the Premier of that province.
