COMMENCEMENT OF CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 54 OF 1994
(ACT No. 54 OF 1994)

Under section 20 of the Human Rights Commission Act, 1994 (Act No. 54 of
1994), I hereby determine 15 September 1995 as the date on which the said
Act, with the exception of sections 5, 7 up to and including 10, 14 and 15 of
that Act, shall come into operation.
