Deputy President Jacob Zuma arrived in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia early this morning for a two day working visit to attend the Third African Development Forum (ADF).
Included in the Deputy President's delegation are:-
The ADF is an initiative led by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, with the aim of among other things, establishing an african-driven development agenda.
The theme of the conference is "Defining Priorities for Regional Integration". The third forum focuses on regional economic integration in Africa in the context of the commitment of African heads of State to found the African Union. South Africa will launch the first Summit of the african Union in July this year.

The Deputy President will address the plenary of the ADF and is scheduled to fly back to South Africa on Friday evening.
