President Mbeki has given an instruction to fly flags at half mast in all Provincial Capitals from the 27th November 2001 until the evening of the funeral of Joe Modise, former Minister of Defence who passed away on Monday night.
A condolence book among others has been opened at the West Wing entrance of the Presidency in the Union Buildings for those who wish to sign it. It will be conveyed to the family on the day of the funeral.
