Minister Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi will receive the Starfish 2000 award of appreciation and deliver a keynote address tomorrow (27 July 2000) at the 2nd Anniversary celebration of the development project.
Starfish 2000 was launched in 1998 and is geared towards poverty eradication through skills enhancement. The anniversary event will be held at the Breakwater Lodge, UCT School of Business, Cape Town.
