· Agreement on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital Gain.
· Declaration of Intent with regard to Scientific and Technological Co-operation. (to be confirmed)
· Declaration of Intent with regard to Co-operation in the field of Education (to be confirmed)
· Final Communique on the second session of the South Africa-Nigeria Binational Commision (open to media).
