Pretoria: Minister Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi will travel to the United Kingdom next week to conclude and sign a three year assistance agreement with Department for International Development (DFID). The agreement will cover, among other things, funding for projects in the Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) and in the Public Service Commission (PSC). The signing ceremony takes place on 20 April 2000, at DFID offices, UK.
The Minister will also use the visit to discuss the recently launched "State of the Public Service Review" with public service stakeholders in the UK.
The report, a first of its kind, was tabled at Cabinet on the 13th of April.
