A Multi-Purpose Youth Centre Opens in Cradock The Eastern Cape Youth Commission in partnership with the National Youth Commission will be officially opening a Multi-Purpose Youth Centre (MPYC) in Lingelihle Township (Sikhulu Street), Cradock, Eastern Cape, on 21 March: Human Rights Day. The programme for the day starts at 10:00 am.
According to the Eastern Cape Youth Commissioner, Archie Ralo, this MPYC is a physical structure that is meant to provide essential services focusing on youth and the community in general. Among those services are sport and recreation facilities, health, educational, welfare, information and income generating services. All interested media are invited to attend.
