The South African Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (SATRA) will announce its intended recommendation in terms of section 35(1) (a) of the Telecommunications Act, No. 103 of 1996, in respect of applications for the third cellular telecommunications service licence at a press conference tomorrow, 29 February 2000.
The press conference will be held at Pin Mill Farm, Block B, 164 Katherine Street, Sandton at 10:30hrs.
