Mr Joseph Mohajane joined the dynamic team at the Regional Office on 1 December 1999 after working for a year and half as a communication officer at the Department of Correctional Services in Pretoria.
Mr Mohajane's responsibilities include liaising with the media, attending to enquiries and issuing of press statements on activities of the Department of Justice and will on many occasions, give the official position of the Department in matters relating to the administration of justice.
The Regional Office has a long standing relationship with the media and relies on them as a vehicle to reach out to our communities. It is hoped that Mr Mohajane will get the necessary support in building a positive relationship with the communities of the Western Cape.
