Director General in the Office of Gauteng Premier, Lulamile Mbete has today announced the appointment of new senior staff members in the office.
Following the normal processes as required in terms of the Public Service Regulations the following appointments were made:
Deputy Director General
Neeshan Ishwarla Balton
Chief Director - Executive Council Office and Strategic Management
Safoora Sadek
Chief Director - Human Resource Development and Management Services
Anna Johanna Thompson
Bolton's appointment is with immediate effect while the other two are expected to take their new posts in December.
The Director General is convinced that the new appointments will bolster the capacity of the office of the Premier to perform its functions and duties more efficiently and effectively.
