Following the conclusion of the Restitution Land Claim Lodgement period, a full Press briefing on the latest and final amounts of and claims received and counted will held as follows:

The 5 Regional Commissioners and the Acting Chief Land Claims Commissioner will be available to give a regional and national prognosis about Restitution. Issues they will elaborate upon include the Amendments to the Restitution Act due to be passed in Parliament shortly, the 42D process of resolving claims as well as the planned integration of the Commission into the Department of Land Affairs.
