Professor Kader Asmal, MP, Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry and His Excellency Mr Atsushi Hatakenaka, Ambassador of Japan, have pleasure in inviting you to celebrate the provision of water to the 3 millionth person in South Africa, the launch of the KwaNdebele Moutse Moretele Water Augmentation Project, and the inauguration of the Ikangala Water Board. The establishment of the Ikangala Water Board has been supported by the British Department for International Development.
The Deputy President, Mr Thabo Mbeki, will be the key speaker at the function, which will also be attended by the former Japanese Prime Minister, His Excellency Mr Ryuto Hashimoto.
