Fourteen PAC members and its armed wing, APLA, who are seeking amnesty, are to appear before the Amnesty Committee of the TRC next month for a set of different robberies and murders.

The seven matters will be heard at the JISS Centre in Johannesburg from 2 to 6 November 1998.

On November 2, Borowsky Phumelele Masilela and George Sapele are to appear with five others for the robbery of Trador Cash and Carry supermarket in Springs on December 1987.

On a different matter, Page Hlalele Hlelesi, who is serving a sentence at Leeuwkop Prison is seeking amnesty for the murder of a 83 year old Brakpan resident, Mrs. J.V. Niewenhuizen. The incident took place in May 1984.

Phillip Faizel Malefane is seeking amnesty for his role in the attempted robbery of the Hartebeesfontein Goldmine's Payroll in July 1991.

On November 4 1998, Michale Kgiba Mofokeng, and Nkosinathi Nkabinde will appear before the Amnesty Committee for robbery and murder of Diedericks Jacobs at Parktown North on April 16 1998.

On November 5, Nkopane Diahamoneng and Mangalisekile Bhani, will be seeking amnesty for the robbery of Randfontein corner fruit shop on April 16 1994.

On the same day, Zola Prince Mabala, Mosiuwa Isalh Khotie and Tseko Washington Mafanya will seek amnesty for the attempted murder of two policemen. Captain Rossouw and Captain Snyman in Heilbron in 1993.

On November 6, Zola Prince Mabala and Isalh Khotie will appear before the committee for the murder of Mr. Anthony Concer and attempted murder of Daniel De Bruin. The two victims were ambushed with an AK47 rifle while on their way to work at Vanderbijlpark.

Advocate Mokotedi Mpshe will lead evidence during hearings.
