The Minister will elaborate on the changes that will be brought about due to the implementation of the new Act. This will include the future of the Quota Board, an introduction of the new structures, and the extention of the user pay principle to all recreational fishers. Representatives will also be given the opportunity to raise relevant questions at this meeting.
