"The South African Human Rights Commission and the Office of the United Nations Commissioner for Human Rights invites a representative of your medium to attend for media coverage purposes the 2nd Conference of African National Institutions for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights at the International Convention Centre, Durban, to be held from July 1 to 3.
President Nelson Mandela will give the Opening Address on July 1.
The international conference will be attended by more than 40 African delegates and observers from India, Canada, Sweden, Australia and France.
For purposes of accreditation we would like to have the names of the representatives of the different media who will be attending. Please response before the end of business today (June 26)
