MEDIA CONFERENCE BY THE SOUTH AFRICAN LAW COMMISSION

The South African Law Commission cordially invites you to a media conference on recent publications of the Commission. Four reports of the Commission will also be formally handed to the Minister of Justice. An exposition of the contents of the documents will be given and there will be opportunity for questions.

• Jurisdiction of magistrates' courts in constitutional matters

The reports to be handed over to the Minister are:

• Interim report on pre-employment HIV testing
• Interim report on HIV/AIDS and discrimination in schools
• Unreasonable stipulations in contracts and the rectification of contracts
• Interim report on maintenance
