MEDIA: Due to limited space in banquet hall, strict pool arrangements will apply. The same pool will cover both venues.
Inside the banquet hall the media will only be permitted to cover the speeches. A distribution box with six feeds will be available and therefore no microphones will be allowed on podium. the electronic media will be required to set up their equipment before the arrival of the guests.
No flashlights or TV lights allowed.
