In terms of the outdoor advertising by-laws, the Southern Metropolitan Local Council (SMLC) will remove all illegal signage today Friday 13 February 1998 at the following areas:
The signage that will be removed includes posters, banners as well as unauthorised advertising boards.
This is being done as one of the components of the SMLC's campaign to keep the South clean.
