COMMUNITY TO DISCUSS FUTURE OF PHAFOGANG HIGH SCHOOL
On 26 January 1998 the Phafogang high school was broken into, the thieves stole a sizeable quantity of equipment and material that is essential for the smooth running of the school. In addition to the burglary, the thieves also burnt down the Administration Block, thereby bringing the school to a standstill.
Parents and the community at large have had enough and have called for a community meeting. The following two points will be discussed at the meeting, the future of the school and how to stamp out crime in the area. A press conference will be held immediately after the meeting.
The meeting will be held on 1 February 1998, at the Phafogang high school, Rockville in ward 14 opposite Elka at 9 am.
