The Truth and Reconciliation Commission will hold a news conference at its Cape Town offices at 3 pm today, Tuesday September 23, to announce details of how it will handle the investigative inquiry relating to Mrs Madikizela-Mandela.
The TRC chairperson, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, and the head of the investigative unit, Dumisa Ntsebeza, will attend.
It will take place at the TRC offices, 7th floor, 106 Adderley Street, Cape Town.
