DR MANGOSUTHO BUTHELEZI TO ACT AS PRESIDENT
Dr Mangosutho Buthelezi will be sworn in as acting President by Justic Chaskalson, President of the Constitutional Court, in the west wing of the Union Buildings at 15:00 on Sunday, 23 March 1997.
