These are applications number 80/96 and 81/96, Christopher Makgale and Boy Diale respectively.

4.2 AMNESTY GRANTED WITHOUT A HEARING IN TERMS OF SECTION 19(3)(b) OF THE ACT:

Application number 193/96, Andile Samuel Solo.

4.3 AMNESTY APPLICATIONS REFUSED AFTER A HEARING:

These are applications number 70/96 and 71/96, Johan Andre Van Eyk and Hendrik Gerber respectively.
