re: Allegations of food poisoning by My Kaizer Motaung, member of the Board of GOvernors of the Premier Soccer League (PSL).
I have taken note of allegations made by Mr Kaizer Motaung, member of the Board of Governors of the Premier Soccer League (PSL), that an attempt had been made at a recent banquet to poison his food.
I have directed the National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, Commissioner George Fivaz to met with Judge Pickard, who is presiding over the commission of inquiry into the affairs of soccer administration.
It will be necessary for such a meeting to take place in order to work out the best possible way of dealing with the allegation of food poisoning.
