I commend all members of the South African Police Service who had a hand in ensuring the arrest of an alleged drug lord in the Cape Peninsula.
It is through such detailed and exhaustive police investigations that other alleged gang and drug leaders will hopefully also be arrested and brought to court.
I also call on the community-based organisations to mobilise support for police actions directed at ridding our communities of the scourge of drugs.
