CORRECTION ON ARTICLE PUBLISHED ON 28 MARCH 1996 REGARDING THE EXTRADITION CASE OF MR PAUL GRECIAN AT THE KEMPTON PARK MAGISTRATE'S OFFICE
The Department of Justice has been informed that several papers, who carried the article regarding th Magistrate at Kempton Park Magistrate's Office who withdrew from the extradition case of Mr Paul Grecian, used the wrong Magistrate's name in their respective articles. The Magistrate wrongly mentioned in these articles, Mr Martin Pretorius has indicated dissatisfaction about the situation and requested the Department to request a correction on his behalf. The Magistrate who withdrew from the case, is Mr W A Pretorius.
I will appreciate it if you could publish a correction on this matter in your next issue, which will state clearly that the wrong name has been used and that Mr Martin Pretorius was not involved in this matter.
