DEVELOPMENT FACILITATION ACT, 1995 (ACT NO.67 OF 1995): PUBLISHING OF REGULATIONS AND RULES FOR COMMENT
In terms of section 26(3), 46(3) of the Development Facilitation Act, 1996 (Act No. 67 of 1995), the regulations and rules have been published for general comment in Government Gazette No. 17042 dated 22 March 1996 (Notice 309 of 1996). Comments must reach the Department of Land Affairs within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publishing and must be addressed to:
