APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY MINISTER OF PUBLIC WORKS

By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 88(4)(e) read with section 94(3) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (Act No 200 of 1993), and after consultation with the Executive Deputy Presidents and the leaders of the participating parties, I hereby appoint Ms Eileen Edana Nokukhanya Shandu as Deputy Minister of Public Works with effect from 1 March 1996.
