The President will attend the 26th Triennial Conference of the British Commonwealth Ex-services League from 10H00 till noon at the Cape Town City Hall.
TUESDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 1996: --------------------------
President Mandela will receive credentials from the following Ambassadors at Tuynhuys;
At 09H00 Ambassador Joseph of the United States of America will present his credentials to the President;
At 10H30 President Mandela will receive credentials from Ambassador Meier-Espinoza of Peru;
At 11H00 the President will receive credentials from Ambassador Aldabalde of Uruguay.
WEDNESDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 1996: ----------------------------
President Mandela will meet Ms Birgitta Dahl, the Speaker of the Swedish Parliament from 10H00 to 10H30 at Tuynhuys.
THURSDAY, 29 FEBRUARY 1996: ---------------------------
At 09h00 the President will attend a meeting of the Cabinet Committee of Security and Intelligence (Tuynhuys).
President Mandela attends an ANC caucus at 10h00 and later in the afternoon the National Working Committee meeting in Cape Town.

The President is scheduled to attend the Bafana Bafana Awards ceremony in Pretoria (Contact: Mr Theron for more information at 012/314 6218).

President Mandela departs for a state visit to Mali.

The President continues his visit to Mali.

President Mandela arrives in Guinea on a state visit.

The President will return to South Africa.

At 09h00 the President will attend a cabinet meeting at Tuynhuys.
At 09h30 President Mandela welcomes President Sam Nujoma of Namibia for an official state visit. (Cape Town International Airport).
A press conference will be held at Tuynhuys at 12h15.
In the evening, at 19h00, President Mandela hosts a banquet in honour of President Nujoma.
