MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENT
The Judicial Service Commission met on Thursday, 7 and Friday, 8 December 1995 in order to select fit and proper persons for appointments to vacancies on the Bench of the Appellate Division, of the Cape and Natal Provincial Divisions and of the Transkei Division of the supreme Court of South Africa. After interviewing a short list of candidates the Commission resolved to recommend to the President of South Africa the appointment of the following persons as judges in order to fill these vacancies:
