PORTFOLIO COMMITTEE ON LAND AFFAIRS (NATIONAL ASSEMBLY) - INTERIM PROTECTION OF INFORMAL LAND RIGHTS BILL (B 101 - 95), UPGRADING OF LAND TENURE RIGHTS AMENDMENT BILL (B 102 - 95), COMMUNAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATIONS BILL (B 103 - 95).
It is hereby notified for general information that the Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Bill (B 101 - 95), the Upgrading of Land Tenure Rights Amendment Bill (B 102 - 95), and the Communal Property Associations Bill (B 103 - 95) were introduced in Parliament and submitted to the Portfolio Committee on Land Affairs (National Assembly).
The Committee invites all interested parties to submit written representations on the subject of the Bills by not later then Friday, 15 December 1995.
