DETERMINATION OF ELECTION DATE
Under the powers vested in me by section 9 (1) of the Local Government Transition Act, 1993 (Act No. 209 of 1993), I, Roelof Petrus Meyer, after consultation with the Administrator concerned, hereby determine 17 January 1996 as the date for the election of the members of the Transitional Representative Council for Monnakato established by Provincial Proclamation No. 79 of 12 September 1995.
