DETERMINATION OF ELECTION DATE
Under the powers vested in me by section 9 (1) of the Local Government Transition Act, 1993 (Act No. 209 of 1993), I, Roelof Petrus Meyer, after consultation with the Administrator concerned, hereby determine 27 March 1996 as the date for the election of the members of all Transitional Councils, Transitional Metropolitan Substructures, Transitional Rural Councils and Transitional Representative Councils within the area of the Province of KwaZulu/Natal.
