The MEC for Safety & Security, Ms Jessie Duarte, has apologises to the organisers of a youth peace festival, held in Westbury today, for her late arrival.
Ms Duarte was delayed at a meeting at the Coronationville High School, and arrived at the youth peace festival an hour later than scheduled.
