PRESS RELEASE
2 October 1995
The Director-general of the National Intelligence Agency and its members mourn the tragic and unexpected death of one of its most popular top managers, Mziwendoda Arnold Mdluli, on 2 October 1995.
Mr Mdluli, born on 19/07/1965 and married, was a senior member of the PAC's Security Service, PASS, before the amalgamation of the Intelligence Services. With amalgamation he was appointed as one of NIA's chief directors and in a short space of time became a very popular and respected member of the new Agency. He was a capable colleague who will be sorely missed by all his friends and colleagues in NIA. We would like to extend our condolences to his widow.
