PRESS STATEMENT BY THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE, MR DULLAH OMAR: EXTRADITION TREATY TO BE SIGNED WITH LESOTHO

An extradition treaty will be signed between Lesotho and South Africa tomorrow the 20th June 1995 in the Small Auditorium, 120 Plein Street at 11.30am.
The treaty will be signed by the Honourable Minister KA Maope, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of Lesotho and Minister AM Omar, Minister of Justice of South Africa.
The Lesotho delegation will include Ms Fanana, Principal Director, Department of Justice, Mr P Makosholo, Director of Legal Affairs, Department of Justice and Mr LR Mokose, High Commissioner of Lesotho in Pretoria.
The South African delegation will include Mr JJ Noeth, Director General, Department of Justice, Mr TG Visser, South African High Commissioner in Lesotho, Mr EJ Allers, Director Parliamentary Office, Department of Justice, Mr CH Greyvenstein, Deputy Director, Internal Affairs, Department of Justice and Mr W Botes, Department of Foreign Affairs.
