AIR TRAFFIC AND NAVIGATION SERVICES COMPANY ACT, 1993 (ACT No. 45 OF 1993)
It is hereby published for general notice that on 19 January 2001, the Minister of Transport, in terms of section 11 (11) of the ATNS Company Act, 1993 (Act No. 45 of 1993), approved the amendment of the conditions in respect of the last two financial years of the existing 1998/9-2002/3 permission and the conditions as set out in the Schedule to the Permission to Levy Air Traffic Service Charges, as published in Notice 157 of 2001, shall govern the financial years 2001/2 and 2002/3.
