AIRPORTS COMPANY OF SOUTH AFRICA ACT, 1993 (ACT No. 44 OF 1993)
It is hereby published for general notice that on 19 January 2001, the Minister of Transport, in terms of section 11 (11) (a) of the ACSA Act, 1993 (Act No. 44 of 1993), approved the amendment of the conditions in respect of the last two financial years of the existing 1998/9-2002/3 permission and the conditions as set out in the Schedule to the Permission to Levy Airport Charges, as published in Notice 155 of 2001, shall govern the financial years 2001/2 and 2002/3.
