THE SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY LIMITED
AMENDMENT OF PROCLAMATION No. 1010 OF 1998 TO INCLUDE AN INTERCHANGE IN THE VICINITY OF HARTEBEESTHOEK 312 JR WHERE THE PROVINCIAL ROUTE PWV9 CROSSES THE NATIONAL ROUTE 4, SECTION 12A
By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 40 (1) (b) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Proclamation No. 1010 of 1998 by substituting the subjoined Sheets 9A, 9B, 9C and 9D for Sheet 9 and Sheets 17A and 17B for Sheet 17 respectively of Plan P414/98, and declare the interchange in the vicinity of Hartebeesthoek 312 JR, which boundaries have been fixed by survey, to be a National Road.
