TECHNIKON NATAL

AMENDMENT OF STATUTE

The Council of the Technikon Natal has, with the approval of the Minister of Education, under section 32 of the Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act No. 101 of 1997), made the amendments to the Statute set out in the Schedule hereto.

2. In the Schedule, unless the context otherwise indicates, the expression "the Statute" means the Statute of the Technikon Natal promulgated by Government Notice No. 754 of 9 June 1999, as amended by Government Notice No. 1067 of 3 September 1999.
3. The Statute is hereby amended by the insertion after paragraph 3(16) of the following subparagraph:
