DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT

PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE AIRPORTS COMPANY ACT, 1993 (ACT No. 44 OF 1993)

The Department of Transport hereby publishes the proposed amendment to the Airports Company Act, 1993 (No. 44 of 1993), as amended by Act No. 2 of 1998, set out in Schedule 1, for public information, discussion and comment.

SCHEDULE 1

1. PROPOSAL TO AMEND SECTION 12 OF ACT No. 44 OF 1993, AS AMENDED BY ACT No. 2 OF 1998

Substitution of paragraph 12 (11) (a) by the following paragraph:

"(a) any condition mentioned in subsection (7) in respect of the last two financial years of a permission mention in subsection (2), if the Minister (and the company approve) approves such amendment;".
