CANCELLATION OF REVIEW OF AVIATION LEGISLATION AND REGULATIONS
In light of representations made by the members of the Civil Aviation Regulation Committee (Carcom), and other industry stakeholders, the Board of the CAA, in consultation with the Minister of Transport, has decided not to proceed with a review of the aviation legislation and regulations.
Instead, the CAA will immediately, initiate a project to complete and bring into effect certain parts of the Civil Aviation Regulations (CARS), as well as the Civil Aviation Technical Standards (CATS).
The Board of the CAA wishes to convey its appreciation to those parties who submitted tenders to undertake the review of the aforementioned legislation and regulations.
