CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF AN EMPLOYERS' ORGANISATION
I, Johannes Theodorus Crouse, Deputy Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of Item 5 (6) of Schedule 7 of the Transitional Arrangements, read with section 109 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that I have cancelled the registration of the South African Tea, Coffee and Chicory Association with effect from 3 July 2000.
Please note the provisions of Item 5 (8) of Schedule 7 of the Transitional Arrangements of the Act.
