CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF A TRADE UNION
I, Johannes Theodorus Crouse, Deputy Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of item 5 (6) of Schedule of the Transitional Arrangements, read with section 109 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that I have cancelled registration of the Port Elizabeth Tramway Officials' and Salaried Start Association with effect from 23 June 2000.
Please note the provisions of item 5 (8) of Schedule 7 of the Transitional Arrangements of the Act.
